Fix brake vibration by braking really hard to remove pad deposits?

I had the same problem after a few track days the first time I encountered the problem I shaved my rotors. After doing another track day the problem came back. I thought it was the pad and bought new pads didn't fix the problem. Turned out I warped my rotors instead of replacing it with oem rotor I bought the 2 piece DBA's and haven't had any brake issues since and I've 2 track days on them track temp over 100 F. I think those of us that track in hot weather our oem rotors deal with high temp very poorly IMO.

That's weird. Could it be the ABS system activating? That will cause a vibration-ish feeling. If it's not that, then I'd look at the rotors. How did the dealer measure runout? Those numbers are great but depending on how they measured the runout the numbers might not be telling the whole story. For example, you might have some debris on the rotor mounting surface. Measuring runout whit the rotors off the car won't show this.

If it were my car, I'd live with it until it's time to do the brakes. At that point, throw some new pads on and either get the rotors turned or just replace them. I'd bet that you've got some sort of minor variance somewhere in the rotors that's becoming more pronounced once things heat up and expand. If the problem is bad enough that you don't want to wait to fix it, then get new OEM pads and have the rotors turned. Tell the tech to take off a bit more than usual, to make sure anything that's deep in the rotor gets removed.

Warped rotors RARELY happen. Sounds more like you had a pad/rotor combo that just didn't work for what you were trying to do, which lead to uneven pad deposits on the rotor surfaces. Also, not bedding the brakes in properly can cause this. Read the article I posted a link to a few posts back.
