Question about Sway Bars

I like taking my car to drive in the mountains where roads are winedy. Would sway bars help a lot. I never have been that much into cars before so

Would sway bars help a lot. I never have been that much into cars before so I am learning but any help would be great. If not sway bars what would help take corners harder.
