Another interesting fact about sway bars is you can change the way the car handles.

I sometimes get my sway bar facts turned around so please correct me if I am wrong. For example, if you have a non-staggered wheel setup and want less oversteer, you can either go with a thinner rear sway bar or a thicker front sway bar. The thicker front sway bar will take response away from the front tires and the thinner rear sway bar will add response to the rear tires. Sway bars offer many versatile solutions for car handling.
