Sorry I was typing on my phone. A stiff sway bar is a way to allow cars with soft suspension to have less roll. If your springs are already stiff, sway bars are only going to help fine tune your setup. The benefits you get out of it are going to be significantly smaller. Remember your best mod for lap times is still tires first, then suspension.
