I was also considering ARK GT-F springs but not much talk about them, and I emailed H&R to find out their spring rate but haven't heard back from them yet.

So its Swift or ARK and Koni's for me. Was going to go for coils but don't want to bother with lowering and raising and if its all aliened with each corner.
