In my opinion these two brands are in separate categories. I believe Swift springs are for those who are looking for more of an improvement in handling but aren't interested in purchasing coilovers. In other words the price of the springs is not just for the drop but for the amount of research and development placed into the creation of both springs. If you want to look good on a budget, go with the H&Rs...but if you want to track on a budget go with the Swifts.
You should share where you got your pricing on the Swift springs if they are only $50-100 bucks more than the H&R. I was only able to find them for a little over $400. I paid 230 shipped for my H&R springs.

I understand the performance part on the swift springs, but it can't be that great just throwing them on a factory strut? I am sure one of these days there will be aftermarket shocks and struts, but once that happens people who want the most performance will buy both and then be sitting next to coilover prices with half the adjustments.
