H&R or Swift Springs?

I would do (and am going to do) Swifts.

you wont regret it, I'm still amazed at how much better the car feels over stock. with a nice set of sways there is very little body roll left and its very comfortable (for a sports car).

Does anyone have pics of their FI exhaust + H&R/Swift springs in the rear? I'm pretty much dead set on the H&R's, but I just don't want to regret getting those after putting them on and scraping every time I hit a bump on the road or something. Thanks.

I have the same issue, i really don't care about all these performance way better crap with swifts, i want the drop look so H&R is what I'am going for but I'm also getting the Fast Intentions exhaust. Did you find out what you were looking for? I'm guessing it wont be a problem because the FI is low in the rear and the Swifts or H&R both lower the same thing in the rear, the difference is the front.

My z is on H&Rs. I can say, it`s definitely not good for track use.
Did anybody try to track their cars on swift`s?

I would like to drop my stock coupe but I only have the touring package. Can sport springs like H&R be put on a base model without the sport package?

Yes, springs are identical across the non-nismo models.

I ran swifts on my car with no sport package.

I can see that the H&R lowers the front pretty good but leaves a little bit more of a gap on the rear... I'm trying to decide what to get.. But now I really like the Tanabe springs... Hmmmm - hard choice.. I wish someone would take a rear shot of each car with the different springs so I could see how it looks from the back. Any takers?

^^ gotta keep looking man. I stalk this forum like a mofo and have seen applications of each (just don't know specifically where). Check out members galleries, a lot of the time they will tell you what type of springs/coils they are running.

lol sometimes I feel like "we" regular members are like second class citizens in this community

I just received my H&R springs with the SPC rear camber kit but still waiting for my Fast Intentions Catback exhaust to arrive and i'll post the pics of all these parts installed soon enough for all those who were wondering about this setp up.

I myself was looking all over the place to find pics of all these parts installed to see the stance of the beast !

Sorry for such a late reply! I've had my H&R's on for a few months now and I still don't think its dropped enough in the rear. Coilovers are def. the best way.
