H&R or Swift Springs?

I have the Fast Intentions exhaust and have been contemplating on the H&R's for a while now. I prefer the stance of the H&R springs compared to everything else, but I just don't know if I will be scraping EVERYTIME I drive. Did you find out what you were looking for? I'm guessing it wont be a problem because the FI is low in the rear and the Swifts or H&R both lower the same thing in the rear, the difference is the front.
