I would say make sure they sent you the right part number(s). They could have inadvertently sent you the wrong coilover set. I find it surprising that an aftermarket company would design the coilovers with components that are not direct replacements (shocks and springs separate) for the intended car. That's like trying to reinvent the wheel, even after the car manufacturer has done their homework. Good luck with the install.
