I bought my springs from Kamispeed and SPC camber kit through amazon. $90 includes the toe bolts.

After spring install, without an alignment, how many miles do you drive?
I don't want to put much wear on the tires but still want to be able to let the springs settle. P.S. Its been roughly 2 days and 15 miles since I installed my springs Thanks fellas |

Let the springs settle for about a week and you should be good to go

Mileage doesn't really matter as much as the amount of time the springs are compressed under the weight of the car.

Nah, after a few months if your camber is out of whack you'll notice wear, but a week you should be fine.

You can always measure the cars drop every day and when it's the same measurement for 2-3 days then get an alignment.

If you plan on keeping this car for a while I recommend firestone's lifetime alignment package. it's about $200 and it does t matter what you do to the suspension, or how many times you change it up, or how many times you bring it in. As long as they can fit the alignment arms on the wheel and get the car on the car, they will align it for you. I've seen a guy with a stanced civic go in there at least 2 times a month now for 3-4 months. He has like -7.0° camber (no exaggeration) and they keep doing it for him.

Otherwise, a one time alignment should cost between $50-$90, depending who you go to. Don't ever pay more than $100.

Any recommendations with spacers on a base model 2014? I don't want to drop the car and it looks funny with stock wheels. I won't be getting rims until next year.
Also, does the base model have the Euro tuned shocks or is it only the sport model? Thanks |

Have any of you guys had issues with any wheel hop after installing the springs? I tried to track the car 1/4 mile and had some pretty bad wheel hop during launch. Didnt have any before. I also installed some Bridgestone s04 tires at te same time with spacers and spc rear camber kitt. im thinking with the tighter springs i might need stiffer differential bushings? Thanks for any ideas.
