If I install these then will I be worried about more maintenance? Do I have to change or replace anything?

You will more than likely need rear camber arms and toe bolts. That's only needed if you want to get the rear back in spec.

The problem is, toe is infinitely small adjustments to get it to 0 degrees... having the ability to adjust with the toe arm (stock spring perch replaced) is great for that. But if you are counting on the lockouts to get you accurate with the stock perch, you will have to make a lucky guess to keep your toe and thrust angle neutral. Two very critical angles.... I would recommend the $30 toe kit just to be safe!

Problem is its not safe and eccentric bolts move under high load making your nice new alignment garbage.

Any of you guys having issues with uneven and/or faster inner tire wear up front? I don't have anything installed for the front wheels. My tires have the dreaded feathering issue after a few months.

I had sort of the same problem, mine is just camber wear. I took my Z to the dealership a couple months after I put mybsprjngs on and had them re-align it, and they told me everything was put back to spec.

Sounds good. I'm thinking by the time I had another tech properly realign my wheels the front tires were at least 6 months in. It was bad. The rear set barely lasted a year. These were Hankook tires, and I'm having much better wear rate and grip with the Continental DW tires. I'll make sure to get all 4 wheels aligned when it's time to replace all the tires.

+1 for getting alignments on a regular basis... saves tires!

Huck 10-08-2013 02:52 PM

Secondary note on the hankooks: if they're the V12's then that's part of the problem, mine lasted all of 6,200 miles before they were complete racing slicks.

Anyone here with Swifts and Koni's that is tracking/AutoX regularly?

I wanna hear your feedback on these!

Zrider79 10-22-2013 08:29 PM

anyone on swifts with 19inch 9.5 +12 offset in front ? if so provide details, tire size, if fenders were rolled or pulled, and if any pics of stance ?

Would y'all recommend ordering both the rear camber kit and toe bolt then?
I'm thinking or ordering:
Swift springs
SPL rear Camber kit
SPC Toe Bolt
Some brand of 20mm spacers??

Sound about right?

I would say get your swifts and wait a couple weeks then get an alignment. See if you can get back into spec without all that stuff. I was able to go back to factory sodcs without all the extra stuff, so I saved ~$500.
