Problem with front SPC camber kit...help needed

Make sure it's tight...whoever is doing your alignment can loosen it themselves and make the proper adjustments.

Also, your stock arms should be fine for pretty much any camber adjustment range, especially with those Eibach springs. I'm running 3" lower than stock (on coilovers) and my front camber can still adjust between 0-2.5 degrees with stock arms.

Finally, what makes you think it's hitting the underliner or the body? The best way to check is to jack the car up, and get another jack to completely compress the spring from the bottom perch/lower arm. Check to make sure it clears everything. If it hits something, I'll be surprised. More than likely something's loose.

This is definitely not normal. Your control arms should NEVER be hitting your frame unless you're running significantly lower than stock ride height.

The main causes of that type of noise are either your top hats aren't secured properly (check the bolt on top of your shock) OR you didn't tighten the three bolts down near the strut tower.
how are you adjusting camber up front on the factory arms???
