There are only two types of OEM brakes
The "Base" model brakes which are floating calipers, i believe The Akebono brakes which came on the Sport, Nismo, and whatever trim levels Nissan invented over time. These are the larger fixed calipers that came in red (Nismo) or black or silver (G37). The Z1 calipers appear to be Akebono brakes, with cosmetic differences, like their logo and the colors. All of these will bolt up These work on the track, with some work. Mainly, brake ducts, better pads, better fluid, etc. For N/A, you're probably fine.
