Not sure what is left that I can try? Anyone else run into this before. Wiring looks fine( 2012 370z sport). No leaks of power steering fluid. So weird how sometimes it comes on and then sometimes it totally shuts the power steering off and its hard as F to turn the car.

It sounds like there might be an intermittent short or loose connection somewhere. Are you throwing any codes?
If you've replaced the pump, switch, and control module... wiring's about all that's left. Unless you have damage or a pinch on the lines somewhere...
