Rear wheel/bearing noise normal?

The axles were not being engaged/moving until this slack was taken up. This is a 2014 Nismo with stock diff. Only mods were axle click fix (this sound isn’t that)

The axles were not being engaged/moving until this slack was taken up. This is a 2014 Nismo with stock diff. Only mods were axle click fix (this sound isn’t that) and z1 diff bushings. I have noticed more wheel hop recently that I thought was unusual.
