Default Question on Soulfunction Rear Bracing

Going to install the rear tie bar and cross brace. I have the car up on jack stands. Am I okay to install these two pieces with the suspension hanging and not at road height?

Also can anyone confirm the necessity of a alignment after installing these two pieces? I’m getting one regardless but just want to know how much “testing” I should do before my appointment.

Up on two stands is fine, that's what I did. I marked the alignment washers (whatever they're called) with a paint pen to ensure they stayed aligned. I still ended up bumping the left toe out of alignment. I'd plan on getting an alignment afterwards if I was you. May be a good time to buy that Firestone lifetime alignment offer...

Thank you for the tip and confirmation. Based on this I’ll get an alignment immediately after.
