Will it fit? Base model

I wanted to upgrade my stock tires. Currently have 225/50r18 on the front and 245/45r18 on the rear. If i put 245/45r18 on the front and 275/40r18 on the rear,

Currently have 225/50r18 on the front and 245/45r18 on the rear. If i put 245/45r18 on the front and 275/40r18 on the rear, is there any chance of noise or tire issues? Someone give me some help plz
