One guy removed the interior plastic panels in the rear. And mig welded around the shock towers. He filled in where it was stitched welded from the factory. Another did the same thing, but added cross bracing between the towers. Another guy just welded in a plate under the shock tower. Where the shock bolts to. And most do nothing back there.

I did nothing and ran a 12k rear! Thats pretty heavy. No issues! Now i have a roll cage so the shock tower does have thick plates welded all over it so there wont be issues but im down to a 8k meow.
