Nice video. But I'm going to be a critic here.
1. You should turn your steering wheel before jacking up the car. No chance of the car moving on the jack.
2. Nice idea about using the tire under the car instead of a jack stand.
3. Instead of spraying brake cleaner on to the brush and then scrubbing the pistons. Just spraying the brake cleaner into the caliper and then scrub. The blast from the spray will remove the dirt.
4. You can use a screw driver to pry the pistons back. It's a lot easier.
5. You don't have to use that much grease.
6. Did you reuse the pad heat shields? Didn't see them.
7. To clean the pins. Chuck them up in a cordless drill, and use scotchbrite as you spin them.
8. Takes me about 10 minutes per wheel when I do my brakes.
