I may be wrong here, I but I had assumed that a physically larger caliper, and rotor could not use the base model caliper mounting bracket. Or is the OP asking if he needs a special adapter bracket, such as you would need if you were looking to convert a z32 to the Akebono's?

I did the swap a few months ago, the calipers bolt up into the same spot, no need for a bracket.
