I'm running an 18x9 +18 on the front and an 18x10 +25 rear. 20mm spacer on the rear so a final +5. They sit an aggressive flush on a non lowered car. I didn't know if I should get a 15 or a 20 either, but I'm glad I got the 20. I've only had this car for a month, so my knowledge is limited at this point. My specs were pretty close to yours so I thought it might help. I can't give you a definitive answer as far as the spacer types go, but I'm running a set of bolt on H&R's.
