How did you setup your Eibach swaybars?

So I recently installed a set of Eibach swaybars front and rear with spl endlinks. A friend suggested I set them up as fully firm in front and set the rear to the softest setting. Now I'm very happy with the way the car performs, with the HKS coilovers it's a really nice street setup, but I want to know if that's what the other Eibach owners have determanded to be there best setting as well. Full stiff on the front and full soft on the rear. Rear is really down to your own personal preference. On our cars we want to be as stiff as possible up front.

Okay so it might be worth playing around with the rear setting for a bit of fine tuning but leave the front full stiff. Thank you.

Our car doesn't really need a stiffer rear bar unless you want to be some kind of drift king. Some (who have gone to stiffer rear springs) have actually removed the rear bar completely.

Yup. I'd actually be OK going back to the stock rear bar, but I'm kind of lazy.

No I do not drift. I'm looking for grip. So it sounds like I should just leave it be. Thank you for all the help.

I have mine set to full stiff front and my stock Nismo rear bar. It is pretty spot on!

How are you testing? Find an empty parking lot, drive in a left turn, or right turn, and slowly increase speed until the front pushes out or the rear swings around.

If the front pushes add more rear bar or less front.

If the rear steps out add front or less rear.

Easy way to tune your bars.

If your coilovers have adjustments you can adjust them the same way front to rear.

Any way, you want to go stiffer at the end that has the most grip, until the car slide at both ends at the same time. If you have a G-Tech or other way of recording G-Force this will help.

Granted, I've had mine on for about 5 miles, but I'm happy so far with the stock bar in the rear and the Eibach on stiff in the front. Get a little understeer in the rain I tested it out on after install. I feel thats safer than snappy oversteer.

yah, i dont run eibachs, but our Z's only need a stiffer bar in the front.
