Groove on driver side rotor

Grooves like that are usually formed when your brake pads have worn down and the metal rivets are contacting the rotor surface. However, looking at the place on your rotors

Grooves like that are usually formed when your brake pads have worn down and the metal rivets are contacting the rotor surface. However, looking at the place on your rotors that seems a little bit high to be a rivet.

The first thing you should do is check to see if your pads are so worn that a rivet is poking through. Otherwise, I agree with the previous post that may be a rock for some for material is stuck between the rotor and your pads.

I would pull those pads out and see how they are worn.
