Soo I went to the shop this morning and they got all the dust out but when I asked for some bolts that I was missing(see pictures) he told me

Soo I went to the shop this morning and they got all the dust out but when I asked for some bolts that I was missing(see pictures) he told me that he didnt have them but that he thinks they were just plugs.
Now Im about ready to redesign this guys face, so can anyone tell me What goes in those threads? Im really trying to avoid going back there. Also when I got the bolt out it, it was stripped at the end. Should I still get that tap and go at the bolt and thread with it? |

Are they for anything specific or can I just go to a hardware store and buy a bolt that'll plug it?
