not only are they black, but they also get rid of the DTRL LED strip on the headlamp. cleans up the look quite a bit, the 2012-14 Headlights have too much going on IMO.

no the strip on the inner side of the headlight that runs along side with the Hood it's not technically a light so my mistake for the miss understanding. but the 09-14 have a chrome strip that reflects allot of the light where the 2015+ Nismo doesn't have this so it looks cleaner and has less going on in the headlight.

2009-2014 notice the chrome strip / reflector on the inner portion of the light.
