Buy the OEM LED's to fit, make your own LED's to fit, fiberglass the holes closed, or leave the holes and call them speed holes (Simpsons reference).

If you don't have the LED's, you can do what GaleForce said, we can either supply you with the LED's, you can get some other aftermarket LED's that will fit the holes, take the kit to a shop and have the holes filled, or run the bumper without LED's and use the holes as extra air intake ducts... or as GaleForce so eloquently put it... (quoting the Simpsons) leave the holes and call them "speed holes"
