Do they go completely off when the light is off? ive been through countless pairs of these lights that always stay a little lit/dim when off... If I get them

Do they go completely off when the light is off? ive been through countless pairs of these lights that always stay a little lit/dim when off...
If I get them and they stay dim and not off completely, ill be returning so no BS'ing...
