What's the difference between these and the other map lights you sell? Is it just the amount of LEDs in the pod?

JWMotoring 10-30-2012 11:32 AM

Yes these are single bulbs with 5 leds. These are nice and bright.

The other one is that flat pod with 9 leds. These are super bright.

joshs09slvrZ 10-30-2012 12:52 PM

I like the super bright option lol...guess I'll be going with the 9.

All colors in stock in those except white. Those are out for a couple of weeks. Actually they'll be in when those red leds come in :)

Do they go completely off when the light is off? ive been through countless pairs of these lights that always stay a little lit/dim when off...

If I get them and they stay dim and not off completely, ill be returning so no BS'ing...

JWMotoring 12-14-2012 02:51 PM

Possibly. It depends on your car not the bulbs. It's usually caused by a little current that flows when the lights are off. The stock bulbs aren't as sensitive as leds so they don't light up. I rarely hear of it.

Interesting, I thought it was teh bulbs because it seems that some do it and some do it more and it annoys me!

Thanks for the info.
