It happens on C6 Vettes too. These are the only two cars that I sell to that have this issue. I've only heard of it from maybe 2 customers, but

As long as you start you car once in a while they won't cause issues. If it sits more than 2 weeks I would keep a battery maintainer on it.

Free bump, got my 9 LED Map lights and 3rd LED interior light for the roadster. came quick, very well packaged, easy install and super bright.

I went 9 LED because I just wanted as bright as I could get...the quality is great and no after light when turned off.
