I hit an unpainted speed bump at speed, and it tore the splash shield off. I never bought a new one as it also sheared off most of the bolt/clip

I hit an unpainted speed bump at speed, and it tore the splash shield off. I never bought a new one as it also sheared off most of the bolt/clip holes on the car itself that secures the shield. Would this aluminum plate work, or does it utilize the same holes as the stock plastic shield?
