Would it be because of the 35 watt ballast? My old XENTEC HIDs were 8k also but were WAYYYYYY blue. IMO i love the blue look. I think my g/f wants to keep these though, but any idea on how to get that SUPER deep blue?

Just a heads up JWM, The D2S Lights for the 350z are little different fitting then for the 370z, but none the less they will work and look fantastic. Both sets fired up perfect!!!


The only thing with the 350z OEM HID is just the square cut out at the top only has 2 cut outs compared to the 5 on your set we just installed the D2S on my g/fs 350z, install was basically the same as the 370z. The wheel well panel on the 350z 3 plugs and 1 screw vs 4 plugs on the 370z.

Probably more to do with the brand. Some I've seen were a little off compared to what we sell.

You might look the 10000k, but some say it starts to get a little purple. Also you lose quite a bit of light output vs stock.

I just received the 8k bulbs!! install was a pain with wheels turned to the side. Took me about 2 hours total.

What yellow? It might be cause of the camera...

Received my bulbs a few days ago. Put them in today. Thanks for the great product and quick shipping Jdubb! They look great, I'm glad I went with the 8000k's!

The comparison is against the stock 4300k's with stock parking lights to 8000k and led parking lights. I never realized how yellow the stock HID's looked till now.

Aside from the fact that I found an exhaust leak in the the flex pipe on my Invidia Gemini Y pipe the install went smooth. Now my new project is trying to get my Y pipe warrantied through Invidia 10 days out of warranty :shakes head:
I called and they said they will to just send them my original purchase receipt so we will see :ugh2:
