I have a 2011 Z and I had originally bought 6000k bulbs from a company called formula j-87 but one bulb needed to be flickered on and off a few time
before it will light up. I was embarrassed that my lights wouldn't turn on normally so I switched back to stocks. There have been other people with this same problem with other brands. I am just afraid to buy bulbs again and run into the same problem.

JWMotoring 08-31-2012 08:49 AM

Buy with confidence. I wouldn't accept a customer having to do that to get them to work.

We offer a 2 year warranty on these. See post 1 for details.

Is there a delay with shipping?

I got a tracking number on Friday and it still says "Electronic Shipping Info Received"

Thanks!

JWMotoring 09-05-2012 07:12 AM

No delay. Don't pay much attention to tracking info from USPS. Sometimes it's not updated until it arrives.

Do you happen to have bulbs for a 2013 Mustang GT? My buddy is looking for a pair too and loved the output of mine.

JWMotoring 09-21-2012 10:14 AM

I can't find the bulb type for the 2013.

If you could find that out I will check. It should be on the outside of the light housing.

If it's HID from the factory it will probably be D1S or D2S.

Hey man...do you have any replacement bulbs for the JDM fog?

JWMotoring 10-28-2012 08:45 AM

What is the bulb type? I'm not familiar with it.

joshs09slvrZ 10-28-2012 08:47 AM

I believe it's 7440.

JWMotoring 10-28-2012 01:43 PM

If so I do have a nice bright led for it.

This is what it looks like

Confirm and let me know.

joshs09slvrZ 10-28-2012 02:54 PM

Yep! Checked another thread and confirmed 7440. How much for one bulb? Does it come in red?

JWMotoring 10-28-2012 05:55 PM

Pm coming...

I bought my 370 used and I'm pretty sure they already have HIDs in them but I don't know for sure. They definitely are not yellow like some of the "Stock" photos which is why I feel like they are. But is there a way of checking without removing the bulbs?

All 370s come with HIDs. The color of the bulb is what's different. Stock is 4300k. Most guys change to either 6000k or 8000k (I personally have 8000k).

Thanks, I wasn't able to find what the stock bulbs were so I was't sure if I upgraded them if there would be a big difference.
How do you like the 8000k? I know that it's brighter but what made you go with them instead of 6k? (Which is what I'm thinking about)

I like the 8000k because it has a slightly bluer color to it. It's still plenty bright enough (and I even have my entire windshield tinted). I have 6000k parking lights...so it's a nice contrast.

Definitely order through this guy though. He has great customer service and if you're not happy with the color, just ship them back and he'll send you another color (all you have to pay is the shipping of the lights back to him).

JWMotoring 10-28-2012 08:31 PM

Please order 8000k! I have so many of those just sitting. My 6000k is stock is getting low again.

On a serious note 6000k will be brighter than 8000k. 4300k is brighter than 6000k. The reason to change from 4300k is to get rid of the yellow some complain about. If you want a pure white with no yellow 5000k is a good temp. There isn't much of a change from stock though. To date I don't think we've sold any 5000ks. They're been sitting for months on the shelf.

Any temp up to 8000k will be bright enough IMO. You'll still have brighter lights than vehicles with halogen lows.

dam no 10K I have 12K on mine now, and I love em, thinking of ordering some because one of them went dim, I have a spare I might try on, if that one is good I may not need to order, but if not I might order your 10K, been SUBD to this page since you first became a sponsor here, and I knew I would prolly use your bulbs one day. :icon17::tup:
