I'm curious on the durability of the black powder coat. I'm wondering how well it handles getting peppered by normal road dust and dirt. My thinking is, if the black one is going to get marked up I may as well start with the silver one.

Ive had the PC black piece we make for the 300zx on for 4 years or better, not a mark on it. Also have it on my 370Z, not any marks yet in over a year. The PC we use is an industrial type finish and is very durable.
