Carbon Fiber Steering wheels!

As many have seen Newyorkjon has received the very first Carbon fiber steering wheel! Well we want everyone else to join in on the fun. We will be putting together a buy for anyone who would like to have this service done. there will be two options:

Option 1:

You send in your wheel to be modified and wrapped.

Option 2:

We supply a core and you pay a refundable core charge of $600. *this option while it costs more up front will afford you the ability to drive your car with very minimal down time.*

So it's $600 to send your own in and get it wrapped or $600 refundable and $600 more for a swap ($1200 up front, $600 when done and swapped)? I'm amazed the price is that high given other parts of higher complexity cost significantly less.

Is the CF one piece or is there a seam?

So you're sending your wheel and doing the purchase through UAM now instead of through CFE directly??

Is this thread for a Group Buy price, or just to make orders instead?
