I like this knob a lot (went with the silver with black bottom washer). I find that a I prefer the shape to the stock knob (which now seems huge in comparison), and the knob makes shifting feel more deliberate and precise.

Edit: Here is a DIY on how to get rid of the rattle some of us have with this knob
