iPod cable?

Yup video plays but I had to set output in settings of iPhone to NTSC. Depending on conversion, it's a little fuzzy sometimes. When playing music it's the background as in climate etc. I just press Map.

You can connect a chord from Ipod to RCA inputs in the centre arm rest but all control must be done using the Ipod itself. There is no integrated functionality. It does suck that we dont get the FULL integration like the US and i will assume JP as well. This is a Pic of my A/M install so that it at least charges the iPod/iPhone.

Couple questions:
What is displayed on the screen while playing the IPOD? Nada - As below for music is playing i tend to show the Map or Status screen.
Has anyone tried playing video on the ipod, does it display ok? Video for me has been great. I suppose it also comes down to the quality of the Video also

I honestly dont think it has anything to do with HDD at all. I mean if you think about a lot of A/M Head Units that display/control iPods etc. and they dont have HDD's in them. I think the US one is just for the Nav and so you can store music on it. Someone will work it out eventually though, so that we have control over the iPod.
