Illumination wires?

According to the manual (and the pic below) the Z has two pins for illumination:
8 and 9.

The Scosche harness only allots one wire for illumination, and so does the Clarion head unit I'm installing.
So what do I hook up???

my guess would be the + one. The stock radio probably has its own ground in the lighting circuit, but I could be wrong.

You want the + one on your wiring harness you bough there should be a orange wire you can use.
