Did you have any issues during the battery replacement process? I don't understand why it would stop working. Did you accidentally grounded the positive cable or had everything on while

Did you have any issues during the battery replacement process? I don't understand why it would stop working. Did you accidentally grounded the positive cable or had everything on while you disc/conn the battery?
There are fuses to protect all the power sources. So the fuses would blow even if you have any abnormalities during the battery installation. I replaced the battery on a g37 with Nav and the only thing we had to do was reinitialized the windows. Quote:
