It's just personal choice? i don't know cause i used to use a Garmin 260W portable for my civic and well most of the times it got me to my destination accurately there were a few times (once or twice) that it led me to the wrong destination. Aren't in-dash navis. more accurate?

I've got a Touring model without the NAV option. I went that way intentionally because I couldn't see spending $1,800 for an option that included something I'd rarely use. Unless I'm on a trip or headed some place that I've never before visited (which I'd guess is 1 or 2% of the time), I don't use/need a GPS. Instead I use a Garmin Nuvi 255W when I need a GPS system.
