Not getting the right box for your sub is kind of like putting a 4 stroke in a Z. It's pointless to buy nice materials and not use them to what they were designed for.
And I must disagree about SQ stopping at 12"! It all depends upon the sub. I bet my 15" has as much if not more potential for SQ, linear travel, and motor force as most 12's. Try this for linear!!
