RCA and USB input via center console?

A simple slot cut very carefully with a dremel or other rotary tool, then scuff up the backside and use a good quality epoxy to mount from the backside... I would think it would be just fine.

That's what I was thinking. Hopefully it will hold up to the downward pressure of plugging items in over time.
