Parking break bypass. No relay, No switch

Kenwood and a few others are the only ones you can still do that with, as far as alpine, pioneer and others you have to have a bypass switch or module.

Jensen and other cheaper brands have this but you are correct, higher end models do not have secret menus for video bypassing.
