Default video bypass for blitz digital gauges

ok, so i am wanting to run the blitz vit r on my car. i think its the perfect gauge solution for those of us with stock nav. looks super easy to install, however, my only issue is bypassing the stock video lockout when the car is moving or the e-brake is engaged. i have seen a couple products online, but they are listed for 2010+. so a couple of questions:

1) is there any difference between the 2009 and 2010 nav systems?

2) can anyone point me in a direction of a tried and true video bypass kit?

3) can anyone on here that is running a digital gauge readout such as blitz vit r or hks camp II on their z's shine some light on the pros and cons of this setup?

sorry for the loaded questions, but i am probably considered the slow kid in class when it comes to electronics

If you find out where to get the Blitz let me know, I doubt you will be able to find one.

1) Based on Nav/Dvd hack for 2010 it seems the 2009 and 2010+ models are wired differently.

2) I believe a few people here use the bypass switch from Car Kit Company that Mitco39 posted. If you feel like doing it yourself though, Plug and Play Bypass Kit (DVD, NAV and backup Camera) Discussion has a link to a doc explaining the wiring in the first post. Woops, nevermind that DIY is for a 2010+.
