On my 2009 Bose (non-Nav), the aux input jack is between the right tuning buttons and the right knob of the A/C. Just to the right of the AUX button.

Edit: Oh! You posted pic while I was composing my message. nvm. IIRC, for Nav units, the jack is in the console box. But I don't have Nav so I'm not sure.
