O-scope would be the best way, but who the hell has access to one!! lol
Rms is a term that relates so the thermal handling capability of the driver at a continuous level.
Peak is a level that your driver can handle intermittently, as stated in other posts, and is typically double that of the Rms rating.
Ha Ive got three behind me. I also have an analog one that works. You can have it just pay shipping.
