When the bose head unit goes, does the 6 cd option(like anyone listens to cd's anymore) go away as well? I'm not familiar with whats behind the pretty face of a head unit.
You will be able to use all buttons as usual except the phone buttons, they need a little extra work to get them to work.

^^ all my buttons work on my base 09 to my pioneer.

i think the rear view mirror with LCD is the way to go if you like the bose stereo.

Yeah, I think i will just go that route. It's cheaper and I was really 50-50 on replacing my cubby lid. I really dig the red stitching.

The mirror route is the least pain in the *** way to go as well.
