JL HD500/3 (ebay 278.00 shipped) Polk MMC650 (ebay 249.95 shipped) Z 12" enclosure (ebay 169.99 shipped) JL w3 12" (ebay 184.95) Leaving 117ish for a headunit and wires. You could always buy used components, but its a starting point. I think the JL HD500/3 is perfect for a car like the Z. You could option for used components or a different subwoofer or components to make it fit the budget.
