Agreed unless you listen to DTS Cds and have a system capable of decyphering the surround data, rears are not nearly as important as the fronts. That said, having fill is not per se a bad thing given psycho-acoustics response to not being in the ideal sweet spot (center between two speakers). Keep the stock rears. If you don't like it, you can always turn it off.
