If you want to remove the tire and keep the sub then you can cut a piece of pvc pipe the approximate height of the tire and place sub ontop

If you want to remove the tire and keep the sub then you can cut a piece of pvc pipe the approximate height of the tire and place sub ontop and screw it down into the floorpan like normal. It's kind of ghetto but should work. I agree replacing the tire with a sub would sound soooo much better.
