The kenwood DNX-6140 will fit right into the factory bracket. You won't need washers to space anything. Although the factory radio has four screws holding it in place on each side of the bracket, I was only able to get three screws in on each side of the head unit. The last hole was only off a little bit and the hole in the bracket could be elongated but I felt the three screws on each side was strong enough.
